Several School Districts Cancel After-School Activities Due To Severe Weather Threat

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Several school districts in the WCCB viewing area have canceled after-school activities, including athletic events, Friday due to the threat of severe weather.

Below is a list of all school districts that have canceled after-school activities, including athletic events, due to the threat of severe weather:

Cabarrus County Schools

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools

Iredell-Statesville Schools (Prime Time will continue to operate as scheduled)

Richmond County Schools

Rowan-Salisbury Schools

Stanly County Schools

Union County Public Schools
