Autopsy To Determine If Body Found Is Missing Pageland Woman

PAGELAND, SC– An autopsy tomorrow could confirm whether a body found in a shallow grave is a missing Pageland woman.

Investigators in Chesterfield County are working to identify a body found in a shallow grave near a missing Pageland woman’s home.

Ann Bennett was reported missing Monday.  Today police found human remains near Highway 9 in Chesterfield County.

Investigators say they don’t have enough evidence to confirm the body found is Bennett.  Her boyfriend, William Grant, has been named as a suspect in her disappearance.
