Victim Identified In Fatal North Charlotte Shooting

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has been identified the victim in an overnight shooting in North Charlotte. The incident occurred last week on North Tryon Street where police say they found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as 30-year-old, Daniel Thomas who later died at the hospital. Investigators have not released the name of potential suspect in the case.
