CHARLOTTE,NC–The $147 million facelift of Bank of America stadium is underway.
Crews completed the scaffolding today, fans will eventually have new escalators, ribbon boards, a distributed sound system and video boards more than twice their current size.
Phase one of the renovations are expected to be completed by July just before the Panthers return for the 2014 season.
