Second Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested In Illinois

UPDATE: Officials say 20-year-old Corey Vega was arrested Wednesday by the FBI Chicago in Rockford, Illinois.

Vega was one of two suspects wanted for an August armed robbery on Remus Road. Officials say Vega was arrested following a brief foot chase.

The second suspect, Calvin Misenheimer, was arrested back in October.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are searching for two men they say broke into a person’s home and robbed them.

The incident happened on August 19th at a home on Remus Road. Officials say 21-year-old Calvin Misenheimer and 20-year-old Corey Vega were armed when they broke into the victim’s home and took property before fleeing the scene.

Police say Misenheimer and Vega should be considered armed and dangerous.
