Police Investigating Multiple Home Invasions

LINCOLNTON, NC– Police say they have been actively investigating three separate home invasion in the Lincolnton area.

The home invasions have reportedly targeted Hispanic male victims and have been going on since mid August.

Detectives have identified two suspects who are thought to be responsible for the break-ins.

David Nixon Jr. was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of first degree burglary, one count of second degree kidnapping, and one count of assault by pointing a gun.

The second suspect, Isaac Julius Gillespie, was arrested and charged with two counts of first degree burglary and one count of strong arm robbery.

Investigators believe more suspects were involved in the home invasions and expect more arrests.
