Silver Alert Issued For Missing Charlotte Teen

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Charlotte teen.  Fifteen-year-old Chris Collins was last seen on St. Peters Lane in southeast Charlotte.

Officials say Collins suffers from dementia.  He is 5’10” in height, 150 lbs, has brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black Nike shoes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
