Darius Rucker Arrested On Drug Charges

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, T.N. – Hootie and the Blowfish band member Darius Rucker is facing misdemeanor drug-related charges.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office said the 57-year-old was taken into custody on Thursday afternoon.

 He was charged with two counts of simple possession, casual exchange and violation of registration.

Rucker has since been released on more than $10,000 bond.
