GRAPHIC: Police Release Video of Deadly Officer-Involved Shooting

EL CAJON, CA — Police in California just released surveillance video of a deadly officer-involved shooting in a San Diego suburb.

It shows an unarmed black man walking away from officers, as they follow him. He apparently pointed a vaporizer pen at police, who fired four shots, killing him.
