CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say they arrested the suspect accused of shooting a man to death in Lancaster over the weekend.
Kenneth Hood Jr, 19, of Lancaster is accused of shooting and killing 30-year-old Devone Frazier. Investigators say Frazier was found in the street with a gunshot wound just after noon on Sunday.
 Frazier was taken to a local hospital but died from his injuries.  Hood was arrested Monday morning at Palmetto Place Apartments.  He has been charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
