Flooding Continues To Plague Lumberton, NC

LUMBERTON, NC — Governor McCrory said in a news conference Wednesday that officials are still working to get a complete picture of the damages caused by flooding resulting from Hurricane Matthew, but say that will not be possible until the waters recede.
