Police Asking For Assistance To Identify Armed Robbery Suspect

CHARLOTTE, NC– Police are asking for assistance to identify a suspect responsible for committing armed robberies at two businesses.

Tuesday, police say a man entered the 7-Eleven on Mt. Holly Huntersville Road and robbed the business at gunpoint.

On Thursday, police say a man entered the Family Dollar on Valleydale Road, robbed the business at gunpoint and fired a shot inside the store.

The suspect was described as a black male in his mid-30’s to 40’s approximately 6′ and was last scene wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans a black hat and white shoes.
