MORGANTON, NC — City officials have issued a 24-hour water boil advisory for residents in the area of Golf Course Road.
Due to a line repair Thursday that caused water to be shut off in the area, customers are advised to boil any drinking water for the next 24-hours.
Water resource officials say they will retest the water in the morning and hope to cancel the advisory at that time.
