MONROE, N.C. – The City of Monroe say police have arrested a 32-year-old man after he wore a bullet proof vest and multiple firearms at the Walmart on W. Roosevelt Blvd.
According to sources, Moja Estep was reported of wearing body armor and having a long rifle while walking into the Walmart and an officer stationed at the Walmart approached Estep and arrested him.
The officer claims to have observed Estep wearing a bullet proof vest, carrying an assault-type rifle, a handgun in Estep’s waistband and an additional holstered handgun.
The City of Monroe also says that Estep is being charged with going armed to the terror of the people.
