CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police are investigating after a victim was found dead in east Charlotte on Thursday.
Officers responded to a call for service shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Blythwood Lane.
Upon arrival officers say they located the victim and pronounced them dead on scene.
Homicide unit detectives are working to process the scene and collect physical evidence.
