Police Searching For Missing Belmont Man

GASTON COUNTY, N.C. – Gaston County Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 31-year-old man from Belmont.

Andrew Douglas Tench was last seen on Sunday, March 24th around 11:30 p.m. He was heading to Charlotte from his home in Belmont.

Tench was driving a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, which police say they found abandoned in Monroe, North Carolina.

Tench is 5-foot-5 and weighs approximately 135 pounds. He was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans when he was last seen.
