Meet our Project Halo Pet of the Week: Winston! This 5-year-old puggle is a sweet, active dog who loves all people, taking walks, and riding in the car. He also likes to be top dog, so will do best in a home where he can be the alpha male animal. Winston is 26 pounds, has been neutered, and is up to date on all his vaccinations.
