Fast Response Limits Damage In Concord Apartment Fire
CONCORD, N.C. – Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish a blaze Saturday night, limiting the damage to a Concord apartment complex to just one unit, according to a news release.
The fire started at a first-floor apartment at Cloisters of Concord near Concord Parkway South. The Concord Fire Department arrived around 9:50 p.m. and controlled the fire in under six minutes, officials said.
The firefighters’ quick response time ensured the blaze was limited to the one unit and didn’t spread to adjacent apartments.
