VALLEY FORGE, P.A. – Vanguard today announced the acquisition of a newly constructed, 91-acre campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. Situated within Charlotte’s University City neighborhood, the 700,000 square foot facility includes state-of-the-art office space, along with a range of amenities to support the working experiences of its crew (employees).
Vanguard opened its first Charlotte office in 1997. Today, Vanguard employs more than 2,400 professionals in the region, representing a range of specialties including financial advice, sales, information technology, human resources, and client service.

The new campus, located at 2405 Governor Hunt Road near the Charlotte Blue Line rail link, is expected to open in 2025. Amenities include dedicated collaboration spaces, a conference center, full-service cafeteria, outdoor eating and walking areas, EV charging stations, and a fitness center.
