Prepare for a summer preview this week! Highs will reach the mid to upper 80s this afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Isolated rain and storm chances possible for the mountains, otherwise staying dry across the region today. Some clouds return tonight keeping temps warm with lows only sinking into the lower 60s. The rest of the week will remain warm with some mugginess returning to the picture as well. It’s not until the weekend that we need to worry about widespread rain chances. A cold front will bring rain and storms back to the region Friday with unsettled weather through the weekend. Temps will fall back below normal Sunday.
