CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. – A Chesterfield County Deputy was terminated after allegedly driving under the influence Tuesday, May 28th.
Deputy Patrick Roscoe, 24, was arrested by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and charged with driving under the influence, open container of alcohol, and leaving the scene of an accident.

Roscoe was booked into the Horry County Detention Center.
Roscoe was immediately terminated.
