MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. – All in-person County services at the Valerie C. Woodard Center, at 3205 Freedom Drive in Charlotte, will be closed to the public today due to a power outage.
For those with appointments, they will be rescheduled to another day. For customers who need services from the Department of Community Resources, please visit the Ella B. Scarborough (EBS) Center at 430 Stitt Road, Charlotte, NC 28213 or visit the EBS website.
