ROCKINGHAM, N.C. – Police are requesting the public’s help in finding a missing 16-year-old Jathan “Jay” Herendon.

Herendon lives on West Ridge Court, near Old Cheraw Highway and was last seen wearing the multi-color shirt seen in the picture above and has blonde hair and white eyes. Police say he may hav e a change of clothing consisting of a black shirt and khaki pants and could potentially have a gray duffle bag with teal trim.
It is also noted that Herendon has autism, ADHD, anxiety and PTSD. Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has an active ground air search.
