Easy DIY Father’s Day Gift

Sometimes it is hard to come up with a gift for all the dad’s out there. Here are a few ideas that are both easy, inexpensive and not (too!) messy that the kids can take part in.

Dad Frame Photoshoot

For this first craft you will need:

Wooden Letters

A photo frame that holds 3 photos

You can find the wooden letters at the dollar store, or any craft store. You don’t even need all the letters – just one of each! Now on to the fun part! Let your child hold each letter and snap a few pictures on your phone. Print them out and add them to the frame.

Photo Coasters

This next craft also uses the photos on your phone. Here’s what else you will need:

4 Tiles or old coasters (around 4″x4″)

Mod Podge

Photos

Cut the photos to size so they fit on the coaster. Apply a thin layer of mod podge to the back of the photo and press onto the coaster. Let it dry for 10-15 minutes. Add another 2-3 coats of mod podge over top of the photo to seal it. Make sure to wait until each coat is dry before reapplying.
