Nap Queen Recall Mattresses For Fire Hazard

A mattress brand, sold nationwide and online, is being recalled because it’s a fire hazard.

According to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, the mattresses violate mandatory flammability regulations.

They are marketed under the name “Nap Queen.” The mattresses recalled were sold from February of 2020 to October of 2023.

The models include the Sleep Victoria Cooling Gel and Pocket Coil Hybrid. The recall total is approximately 117,200 mattresses.

The manufacturer will contact all known purchases directly and is offering a free cover to fix the problem.

No injuries have been reported, but consumers are asked to stop using the mattresses and contact Nap Queen immediately.

These mattresses were sold by retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and Home Depot.
