Saturday has been the hottest so far in 2024. We officially hit 94Β°. We are likely to be even hotter as we finish out the weekend and head into the new week.
Sunday’s high will be in the mid 90s and we could climb to the upper 90s by midweek. Heat indices will be close to or above 100Β° through Monday. The humidity may back off just a tad on Tuesday. Highs will still be in the mid 90s but it won’t “feel” quite as hot.
Rain chances? Cooling t-storms would be nice but there is no guarantee of rain any day this week. Afternoon storm chances just go up slightly for the second half of the week.
