Shane Van Gisenbergen Discusses His Historic Chicago Win

Last year, NASCAR made history as both the cup and Xfinity Series raced on the city streets of the Windy City. This weekend NASCAR returns to Chicago. In the Xfinity Series, Cole Custer will look to defend his race win from last year, that win helped to propel him to the series championship. On the cup side, it was a historic day for Shane Van Gisbergen who came home the winner in his first NASCAR start ever. This season, Van Gisbergen has run a handful of cup races while running full time on the Xfinity Series. Before this season started, Bahakel sports director, Jeff Taylor sat down with Shane to talk about his win at Chicago last year and more.
