Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Looking For Four Suspects

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance in apprehending four suspects connected to federal and state investigations in Rowan County.

Quamesha Sifford, 23, of North Long Street in Spencer was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver cocaine. ย Deputies say this charge was the result of a traffic stop in Salisbury. ย Sifford was indicted by a federal grand jury and also charged with conspiracy in the case. ย A warrant for her arrest was issued on August 30, 2016 but she has not been located.

Jonathan Sellers, 32, who investigators say is a known Blood Nation gang member and Brandy Flowers, 34, are both residents of a home in Salisbury. ย A search warrant was executed on their home and officials say they found evidence of meth being manufactured at the home. ย Both have been charged with manufacturing meth, maintaining a dwelling for keeping and selling meth, possession of precursor materials and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. ย Authorities believe the couple is traveling together.

Dwayne Means, Jr. (aka Rude Boy), 24, of Salisbury, who investigators say is also a known member of the Blood Nation gang is wanted for possessing a stolen firearm and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell, deliver heroin. ย Additionally, officials say Means has pending charges for larceny of a motor vehicle, robbery with a dangerous weapon and first degree burglary.

A reward is being offered for information leading to the capture of these four suspects. ย Anyone with information on their location is asked to call 911 immediately.
