ROCK HILL, S.C. — Rock Hill Police sayΒ two people were shot in separate shootings on Monday.
The first shooting was reported just before 10:30am on South Spruce Street. Β Investigators say a 25-year-old was shot but is recovering from their injuries. Β The suspect, who is unidentified, reportedly fled the scene in an older model gold Chevrolet Impala.
The second shooting happened around 8:45pm on Poag Street. Β The 20-year-old victim is reportedly in critical condition. Β Police say there are multiple suspects in this shooting and they were last seen leaving the area and heading to Cornelius Drive where they allegedly got in an older model gold Honda Accord.
Police say there is no evidence to link the two shootings. Β If anyone has information about either shooting, call 911.
