CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Officers responded to 200 W Woodlawn Road in reference to an assault with deadly weapon shortly before 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
CMPD arrested 48-year-old Stephanie Rhone with Assault of a Deadly Weapon.
Officials say the victim was shot in the abdomen.
