The subject has been taken into custody and is being transported to a hospital.

The SWAT situation is contained to the Circle K store on the 4600 block of Sharon Road.

CMPD says an individual inside the store is experiencing a mental health crisis and officers are working to de-escalate the situation. They also say the individual is inside the store alone.
