ORLANDO, F.L. — A massive manhunt is underway after a man reportedly shot and killed an Orlando police officer and his pregnant girlfriend.
Markeith Loyd, 41, has been on the run from police since killing 24-year-old Sade Dixon on December 13th.
Police say Master Sgt. Debra ClaytonΒ was shot numerous times near a Walmart Monday morning by a man wearing a security uniform. Β Police believe Lloyd was the shooter.
During a news conference, authorities said a deputy also died while searching for the suspect after the deputy was involved in a motorcycle accident.
