CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Nearly 800 flights have been delayed and more than a dozen flights have been canceled at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport as Tropical Storm Debby continues to dump rain on the area.
FlightAware says as of 12:30pm on August 8th there have been 785 flights delayed at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. So far, 31 flights have been canceled.
