Β CHARLOTTE, NC — A driver reportedly crashed into a tree in North Charlotte while trying to avoid gunfire. Β Police found the accident scene while responding to a call about shots fired Wednesday afternoon on Durham Lane. Β The driver is okay. Β CMPD is looking for two men who shot at the SUV.
