ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a man in Rock Hill killed a 7-week-old baby. Quentin Evans was taken into custody Thursday. He has been charged with homicide by child abuse.
Investigators say Evans called police after his child was unresponsive. The baby was rushed to the hospital but died a short time later. Officials say the child had internal injuries consistent with child abuse.
