School Closings for January 30, 2017:
Avery County Schools: Closed for students but is an optional workday for faculty and staff on a two-hour delay. Snow Camp will be hosted at the YMCA for students in kindergarten through sixth grade from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Watauga County Schools: Closed for students and optional workday for teachers on a two-hour delay. Snow Day program at HP will open at 7:30 am.
Ashe County Schools: Closed for students and will be an annual leave day for teachers and all other 10 month employees.
