Two-Alarm Fire At North Charlotte Restaurant
CHARLOTTE, N.C. β The Charlotte Fire Department extinguished a two-alarm fire at a restaurant in north Charlotte on Thursday night.
It happened at the La Riviera Marisqueria Mexican restaurant on West Sugar Creek Road near I-85. A second alarm was issued around 9:30 p.m.
Charlotte Fire has the fire under control. It took 60 firefighters and 47 minutes to control the fire.
There are no reported injuries to firefighters or anybody who was there.
The roadways around the restaurant are closed.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
