LOS ANGELES, C.A. — Episodes of the 1980’s television series “The Dukes Of Hazzard” will no longer run on TV Land. Β The network decided to pull reruns of the series from its daily schedule. Β
The television network declined to discuss the reason behind pulling the episodes but it happens after a nation-wide push by many to remove the flag from stores and government properties. Β
The flag controversy started after a white man allegedly shot and killed nine black church members in a historical black church in Charleston, South Carolina. Β The suspected shooter admitted to the killings and was seen wearing the Confederate Flag in photos on his social media accounts.
