CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a bicyclist is being treated for an arm injury after being struck by a CMPD police cruiser in north Charlotte.
The accident happened around 7am Tuesday morning on Sunset Road and Kiev Drive.
Officials say the bicyclist had on dark clothing, did not have a lights on the bike and was riding against traffic when they were struck.
No other details were released at this time.
