A Night of Storytelling During First Friday

A Night of Storytelling is set to take place during Waxhaw’s popular First Friday series! On May 2nd, from 5:00pm to 8:30pm, there will be an opportunity to learn about Waxhaw through the words of those who have lived its history. While Main Street comes alive with storytellers, there will be an opportunity to take a self-guided tour using Waxhaw’s newest maps, enter a drawing to win $125, take a carriage ride and attend and art preview! That night, there will be a children’s storytelling session illustrated by a local artist at 7pm and an opportunity to wish Town Manager Mike McLaurin the best on his retirement, both at Eight Legs Gallery.
