• The odds of a tropical system developing in the Gulf of Mexico is 40% which has slightly decreased from the weekend. It is possible a Tropical Depression develops in the next few days. This is something to watch.
• Tropical Depression Joyce, Tropical Storm Kirk and an area of low pressure off the coast of Africa are all out there, but are no threat to the U.S.
