Arrest Made In 2016 West Charlotte Homicide

CHARLOTTE. N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have arrested a man for a fatal west Charlotte shooting in 2016.

Police have charged Talvi Suante Moore, 32, for the murder of 26-year-old Shawn Harbin on March 22, 2016.

The shooting occurred in the 4500 block of Westridge Drive near Freedom Drive.

According to CMPD, the shooting was not a random act but did not say what led them to Moore as a suspect, after more than a year of investigation.
