Rising Team Celebrates National Jamaican Jerk Day with “Durty Thumbs,” Restaurant

HICKORY, N.C. — “Durty Thumbs,“an authentic Jamaican restaurant and food truck, visited WCCB studios to spread the word about National Jamaican Jerk Day celebrating a uniquely Caribbean method of grilling food.  Jamaican Jerk Day is equally as much about celebrating the culture and community. The day is typically celebrated on October 24th every year.
