More Fast Food Chains Remove Onions From Menus

Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC are all removing fresh onions from its meals at some locations.

The FDA said silver onions used on McDonald’s Quarter Pounder sandwiches have been identified as a possible source of the E. coli contamination linked to a deadly outbreak.
