PINEVILLE, NC – The Town of Pineville is holding a groundbreaking on December, 2 2024 for its new state-of-the-art fire station.
The $16 million facility will be built at 311 N. Polk Street in Pineville.Β The project cost includes $14.5 million for construction and $1.5 million for equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and traffic management systems.
In a news release, the Town of Pineville says the new fire station will enhance emergency response capabilities and serve the growing needs of the community.
Construction is set to begin in December 2024 and is expected to be finished by the summer of 2026.
Charlotte-based EDIFICE is the contractor for the project.
