CDC warns of E.Coli outbreak linked to organic carrots

CHARLOTTE, NC — The CDC is investigating an outbreak of E.Coli linked to tainted carrots. 

The outbreak has caused one death and sickened dozens of other people in 18 states including North and South Carolina.

They were sold under a number of brand names including Trader Joe’s, Wegmans and Sprouts.

The best–by dates range from September 11th to November 12th. 

The CDC said  you should return them or throw them away.
