SOUTH POINT BEACH, FLORIDA — Authorities in Florida have confirmed a human head found on a Key Biscayne Beach belonged to 19-year-old Victor Castaneda Junior.
Castaneda went missing on Saturday, November 9th after getting caught in a rip current with his sister. According to police, he was able to help his sister to safety, but was unable to escape the rip current.
