CHARLOTTE, NC — Police have arrested two suspects after a high speed chase came to an end in north Charlotte.
According to reports, the two suspects robbed a man at gunpoint on Dunlavin Way around 10:30pm Monday and took off in his car. Around 3:30pm Tuesday, police spotted the stolen vehicle near The Plaza and E. Sugar Creek Road.
The suspects led officers on a high speed chase, which ended when they crashed into another vehicle near N. Tryon Street. The two suspects ran from the vehicle, but were quickly located and taken into custody.
CMPD says their names and charges will be released shortly. Check back for updates.
