American Veteran Foundation Hosts Ride to Fight PTS

MATTHEWS, N.C. — The American Veteran Foundation will be hosting its “Ride to Fight PTS” over the Memorial Day weekend.

The 67 mile ride around Charlotte is to both honor our Veterans along with show a huge support to those who are dealing with post traumatic stress.

Motorcycles, jeeps, monster trucks, vintage and luxury cars are all encouraged to join the ride around the I-485 loop with a police escort.

Participants are welcome to bring their family, their dog, dress like Uncle Sam, and fly their flags high.

Registration, along with staging and departure details, for the event can be found on HelpFightPTS.com.

Those who can’t ride are encouraged to come down and stand in honor at their closest overpass.

The ride has free admission, with the only rules being that no business insignia is shown along with no sales or collections of any kind.
