CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Medics have transported two patients to the hospital after a school bus crash that occurred early Wednesday morning on David Cox Road.
The incident occurred around 7 am, when a car rear-ended the back of the bus, wedging itself underneath during impact.
The bus was headed to Coulwood STEM Academy and reportedly had five people on board.
